The capital microXoft is deliberate: it stands for Customer Experience — the thread running through everything we build, from NethraCX to the contact center implementation and support services our India team delivers for other organisations.
We design, build, operate, support and continuously develop our products ourselves — the same team that writes the software runs it in production and hears directly from customers.
